Ryan Wesley is a photographer who specializes in portraits and sports.
Hello! My name is Ryan Wesley, but you may call me Wes.
I am a Colorado-based photographer, videographer, and aspiring filmmaker who has a passion for capturing real moments that may otherwise go unseen. This explains my love for documentary-style photogrophy, like candids, landscape, and street photography.
I specialize in portraits and sports, but I also do freelance work for events, automotive, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes (BTS), and social media-based content creators looking for professionally shot videos formatted for web and social media platforms.
I also dabble in podcasting, vlogging, and drones. My current creative goal is to make a shift to filmmaking and documentaries full-time, while continuing to grow as a photographer.
Everything I do is purposed for growth, and I am passionate about everything that I do.
Born and raised in the U.S. Air Force, I have spent my life traveling the globe and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
My father is a fantastic photographer, which is where my passion for capturing still imagery comes from. Wesley-Masters is the combination of my last name and my grandfather’s last name as a way to pay homage to two of the most influential men who helped raise me.
Outside of the creative world, I am a stay-at-home/work-from-home father with a career in the world of sports as a writer, editor, football coach, recruiting advisor, and director of operations and personnel for a football team. I also enjoy sharing any tips, tricks, and knowledge I have to beginning photographers looking to start their camera journey.
